Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a charismatic, organized, and versatile student (minimum Sophomore standing) or recent graduate to support the team in their day-to-day program management of key brands. You have your fingertip on the pulse of music, entertainment, and current events, and value our mission to create great programs in culture.
Desired Skills and Experience
Interested in branded content and cultural marketing across all media, including digital, experiential, and social
Passion for music and entertainment space
Cultural fluency (music, pop culture, current events)
Capable of working in a fast-paced creative environment
Positive outlook with a “Yes, and…” mentality
An understanding of new technologies and ways to harness them
Strong collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate concepts and rationale to both internal teams
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Suite
Execute competitive reviews, brand audits, and social media audits
Research for Live Nation initiatives
Research cultural trends (music festival news and coverage, trending social media content, relevant music news, etc.)
Craft insight presentations for internal use
Craft recap presentations at the end of each program/campaign for internal use
